# Solutions for Cross-Chain Swap Failure

Transit Swap's cross-chain service integrates SWFT, and Multichain (former Anyswap), MetaPath, Celer cBridge four service providers, so we can see the logos of these four service providers in our cross-chain transaction records. You can join the corresponding community and provide the transaction hash to conduct effective conversions, which will be timely and efficient in dealing with swap problems.

The following tells how to find and contact the corresponding service provider.

### **1. SWFT logo and contact details**

Open the exchange record, and you can distinguish the service provider through the logo in the upper right corner. For example, here is the logo of SWFT, which is unique.

Click > on the right side of the logo to open the order details. Copy the order ID and join the official telegram community: [**https://t.me/swftswap\_CN**](https://t.me/swftswap_CN), then provide the order ID for feedback.

**Please note, anyone who DMs you first is a scammer on telegram, just report and block directly.**

2.3 If the order of Multichain (formerly Anyswap) is not credited, in addition to asking for help in the community, you can also submit a request through their official browser (because there may be omissions in the process of calling swap orders). The method is as follows:

Open the Multichain browser link: [**https://multichain.org/**](https://multichain.org/). Click “Explorer” and enter the transaction hash in the search bar.

Once submitted, you will see the relevant data in the data display board. Generally, the swap can be completed within a few minutes after the request is submitted.

2.4、Multichain (formerly Anyswap) is a special one among the service providers. When the tokens you need to swap in its exchange pool are insufficient (such as USDT), it will automatically send AnyUSDT token to you. When you get this token, you can swap to native token by yourself through Multichain’s DApp (anyUSDT is 1:1 exchanged for USDT).

### **3. MetaPath logo and contact details**

Open the exchange record, and you can distinguish the service provider through the logo in the upper right corner. For example, here is the logo of MetaPath, which is unique.
