Doesn't receive tokens using the exchange receiving address?

Some exchanges do not support the transfer of contract addresses, so when you use an exchange's address as a receiving address, you will not be able to receive the token.

The solution is to find the hash link of the swap and submit it to the exchange's customer service staff to deal with.
